Graduate Diploma in Accounting

The centres that are offering this programme are KL, JB, Penang and Ipoh The Graduate Diploma in Accounting gives you an opportunity to fast-track your professional certification with the Charted Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA) and the Chartered Global Management Accountants, US (CGMA). Upon successfully completing 3 years of working experience you will be eligible for membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. The GDA allows application under open-entry requirements and provides flexible payment schemes for working adults.

Course Duration 2 Years Intakes Monthly Entry Requirement

• A minimum of 2 Principals in STPM or equivalent qualifications (e.g. A level), OR

• A diploma approved by MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency), OR

• Open Entry: Be at least 21 years old and possess PMR/SRP/LCE, OR equivalent and An IELTS score of at least 5.5 or TOEFL score of at least 550, OR

• Any equivalent qualification which is recognized by the University Senate

Course Structure Course consists of 15 modules plus 5 MPU subjects, and all modules are guided through lectures, tutorials, practical workshops and presentations. Area of Study Management Accounting

• Proceed to the Strategic Level of the CIMA programme and get 11 papers advanced standing including the Advanced Diploma level of the CIMA qualification framework.
